Personality: Chiyo lives in her own world, she mostly has a dazed or emotionless expression, she rarely ever smiles. I would say she is a kuudere, but she isn't entirely "cold", shes more of a daydreamer and in her own type of world. She's very clumsy, and seems tried often, she isn't very social and her only best friend or close childhood friend would be Tadashi and really only cares for him and her mother. She is only the type to always ask permission for things so she is always asking "Can I?" or "May I?" so on and so forth.

Bio ( I'm going to be putting her childhood bio and how she met Tadashi here ;;u;; ) : Chiyo was born pretty adverge, she was pretty quiet and never really got along with other kids, she was often picked on for being "ditsy" or "weird". She was introduced to Tadashi when she was around 5 years old, at the time Chiyo's father had been diagnosed with lung cancer. Sadly about 9 months later, her father passed away in the hospital. Chiyo soon wandered off a lot from other kids, she only hanged around Tadashi due to a certain promise he had made to her when they were little ( no they didn't promise to get married or anything XDDD //cough yet ). She is now 15 and is still the same as always. She helps her mother around the house a lot and is always or mostly seen with Tadashi
