Description

She's a clown and her name's Penellope. She's also from Maine (a reference to the Movie/Book It & where most Stevphen King stories take place) I also wanted to give her the last name Kingsly to represent that fact. She fights with a doll called Gacy. I wanted to make her a bit of a subversion of most fighting game villains by making her not take stuff seriously.
