Update 10/8: Someone requested that a VWM be included. There it is. Switch out the tray and the VWM through the popup. Also, it now uses the newly released popup2 on shellfront.

Update 10/6: A few requests have come in to re-add support for docking to the bottom. This version does that; access it through the theme's popup.

Pretty sure this is OTS2 compliant, so I've repackaged the theme with the things it used to have.

For those new to the theme, it revolves around the dock at the top of the screen. It auto-centers and auto-resizes itself when tasks start and stop. When not in use, it will slide most of itself back up so that only the text remains. Hovering the mouse over the small version of the dock will bring the whole thing back onto the screen, showing 32x32 icons for each task and the system tray above lsxcommand. You can also hide the dock completely through the theme's popup (shift+left click the desktop); hovering the mouse over where the dock should normally be will bring it back.

It includes 4 different skins (also available through the theme's popup).
