The illustration is done for 
Monthly Theme
'The roaring 20s flappers'.
I just loved the theme and couldn't help creating a quick illustration on it.
Done in Adobe Illustrator CS 5, using pen tool, transparencies, gradients, blends, clipping masks, brushes and I also used a black and white jpg of the old paper texture layered over backround in soft light mode.
