Yep, I've been storing this reference for over three years as wip because I disliked how unfinished it looked like. And finally I come to realisation that wip is still that I can show.
Rebelia is an hybrid between nature and water dragon- a sea stinger!
Stinger is Venom /Poison elemental dragon. You can meet it in three variants: aquatic (resembling moorays/eels with venomous stingers), woodland (snakes with venomous fangs) and endemic variant that appears on Tiny Teet desert (desert snakes with zilant bodytype).
Available bodytypes : Zilant/Siren(common)/Forfeet(common)/Anthro

So who's Rebelia? She's quite grumpy lady with huge love for two things that matter in her life: Coffee and her little snake-cat, Furfur.
Born on the street with her sister, Isera she was later thrown into jail for lesser crimes. Some time later she was "rescued" by Tevans and since then she sticked with him and his friend, Driam. Some time later Driam gifted her a little companion to uncover her softer side.
