Description
This train, is state of the art. It is maglev. What is maglev you ask? Maglev stands for "magnetic levetation" . This trains track isn't rails. It's a concrete bridge like track that is lined with powerfull magnets. The train itself has magnets aswell. When activated, it pushes the train UP. It then is actually LEVITATING!!!! it's also VERY VERY safe too. The train also has no bumps or jostles as there is with a standard train, since maglev doesn't run on conventional rails. Maglev is currently ONLY used in shanghai. Between two major airports. One of which is pudong. The magnets also then repel each other and push the train foward. At what speed you ask? A zooming 226-326(depinding on the trains magnets age) mph!!!! THats 262-522 KPH!!!! Maglev is currently, the fastest train in the ENTIRE world. The only 4 trains that compete with it is germanys ICE-3, france's TGV duplex, the eurostar and the Le Shuttle.

I rode the Transrapid prototype in Germany before the crash a few years ago that shut down its passenger runs. I actually rode in the car that got destroyed... It's quite a ride. When Kamui and I visit China, we will most certainly ride this one.
