First of all, this is absolutely gorgeous. The lighting is so beautiful and not too bright. I love how the hair recedes into the darkness, allowing the face to have more impact. Those eyes are gorgeous and haunting. I also love your technique, like the deliberate wispy brush strokes in the face and hair.

I only have two critiques. While I love the hair, it should have a bit more definition, especially as it meets the forehead at the top. The brush-stroke feeling is great, but adding a bit more detail in certain areas will go a long way.

The nose seems a bit off, especially on the right side. I believe it's the way you highlighted it - the nose seems to be an area you weren't too sure of and it looks "off". For example, the middle of the nose is pretty thick and needs to be slightly more concave. Perhaps use a reference for the nose?

Other than that, amazing work!
