We can hope they do. It's so sad to see wildlife of any kind being depleted. Here where I live we have no real dangerous wildlife, but as people move into their area. They think of the wildlife as a nuisance, White Tail Deer feed on plants. when you remove the wildflowers they will feed on you flowers and young pines in the winter. Several people I know have complained that it is happening. Most don't like my response "you moved into their yard not the other way around". This is one of the major reasons I feed all wild creatures who come to my yard
