Description
Thus scruffy looking boy is Andre, leader of the bullies who love causing mischief for Annabelle and her friends. Andre is always accompanied by his best friend Thomas, and his girlfriend Melissa. He is master marbles and thinks Toby is a fool for not wanting to be like his older brother Lampwick. Despite being a bully and troublemaker, he does honor his bets when losing at games.
