-Comfortable Drawstring elastic waistband. This skirt can fit a wide variety of sizes.
-The main skirt is double-sided Taffeta. The top is a gorgeous silver/gray that shimmers just enough in the light, without being overly shiny. The underside is black. The waistband and pockets are contrasting black with gray swirls, cotton.
-This skirt adjusts in four places with black ribbon.
