This is Kourin no seiji better known as sage of the nimbus if im not mistaken... >B
i wanted to draw, and i felt pretty inspired by some art work i found on a japanese website. i never draw him and i think he deserved some lovin >D

it did NOT turn out like i was hopin...infact it kinda went whrong somewhere. im still pretty happy with it tho. its my first time attempting to colour a blonde hair colour. but i think it turned out ok. i could of spent more time of him but i didnt >D
