This is basically Disney’s Wish done right. Hey guys, it’s your friendly neighborhood movie critic LewdChuckE here again, and welcome to my first ever movie review on the 1999 animated direct-to-VHS masterpiece that is none other than Wakko’s Wish. This movie was released on December 21, 1999 by Warner Home Video under their family movie line Warner Bros. Family Entertainment, and is the swan song to the original Animaniacs series. Enough talk, let’s get on with it. So Wakko’s Wish, directed by Liz Holzman, Tom Ruegger and Rusty Mills (yes, three directors), is a 1999 direct to video movie that serves as a series finale to the original Animaniacs series until the 2020 reboot and tells the story of Yakko, Wakko and Dot Warner, three siblings who live in the town of Acme Falls within the kingdom of Warnerstock.
