I think these are very realistic. The one on the left (I love it!) seems like a woman who's just finished a day of washing dishes, dusting out closets, and hanging out everyone's clothes. Her eyes seem to say, "I'm really tired but feel good about what I did. Now will one of you bums fix me dinner? Each day this week." The one on the right is sculptural as some have already said, and is in deep thought or is about to go to sleep.
