I did something a little weird in Stronger Girls #10. I created a 20-page story for the comic (full comic 116 pages) about a girl with huge tits who wishes she had huge muscles, instead. And for the first half of the comic she's completely oblivious to the transformation, as her gigantic tits shrink away to nothing and her muscles grow to enormous size. When she realizes what's happened, that she's grown to impossibly muscular proportions while joining the itty bitty titty committee, she's shocked and delighted. And of course then I just threw in a few more full-page panels as she gets even more muscular, and taller, too.
