You happen to be swimming through the water having fun and not worrying about any danger until you encounter something you've never seen before. It looks like Rintoo but you don't know if it is or not, as you ponder more the tiger like silhouette keeping himself dry from the water in his ice ball then swims away. Who do you think is this new character?

This is the first of "The Rare Nicktoons", clones of Nickelodeon and Nick Jr. characters who look similar to their original counterparts but aren't exactly them, they are just a copy of them but some of them have newer abilities and also are more elusive than the average Nicktoon.
