Stacy (Julia McIlvaine) and Larry (Noah Segan), two New York City kids, are members of the "KaBlam!" Rescue Aid Society, an international team that operates beneath the United Nations and comes to the aid of those in need. After receiving word that Shinra Kusakabe (Jenny Ledel), a young Japanese pyrokinetic orphan, has been abducted by Monsieur Roman (Michael Chiklis), an evil man seeking a precious gold nugget, the two set out to bring him back home, with help from other animal friends.
