He's not a prince, but he is from a rich family. Idk maybe he's like a duke?

His dad is mad rich

He always had a crush on Mero (spring princess) but he's an ass so never showed it

and now he's mad she's getting married

His wings are that of the Necrosciinae, his name Rosci is based on that
