It was late, quiet, all dragon and vikings were home asleep, and only a mourning song broke the silence of the night. While the fire danced in the dark blue sky, a shadow slipped behind the Rungard Household, silently walking up to Salamander's remembrance stone. Noticing the visitor, the old smokebreath stopped singing, and turned around to face the silent newcomer. He was tall, emanated a powerful new aura and didn't say a word as he looked at her tiny frame. She knew who he was, the Household dragons had warned her about him, but seeing him there.. She wanted to hear his side of the story, she wanted to know who he really was. "So you came, after all?" She softly said, offering the larger dragon a small soothing smile. The wooly howl didn't answered, but he lowered his head, and she took it as an acknowledgement and pursued the conversation. "You're the one they call... Ah.. Shadowslayer nowadays... But that's not your real name, is it?" She asked, innocently, while she gazed at his features, looking for the smallest sign of reaction. His fur bristled in the wind or a subtle tremble, she didn't know, and he scoffed in a whisper. ".. Hah.. That's new.. But whatever they call me, my true name is none of your concern, old lady.." Ah.. She wasn't going to win him over like this. He was hurting too much to trust anyone right now. But maybe.. Maybe she could help him?
