It's a friday so that means a school day,and of course, another day of Marco being with Jackie,more than with me..which is getting harder to survive
Im mean im not the only one who is concerned
Alot of students are wondering why Marco is with Jackie more,it's obvious...he enjoys her alot more..than anyone else
Me and Marco are currently waiting for the bus in silent,after that...day full of my tears which was...a week. Marco has not bothered to say anything
The bus arrives we walk in,i take my seat in the back and as usual Marco sits with Jackie near the front..away from the back.
Jackie rests her head on Marco,he wraps his arm around her..not gonna lie..they are cute..but it hurts to even think that
We arrive at school,i walk to my locker and so does Marco to his..since mine and his are close..none of us still say a word.
After he puts his bag away he runs to Jackie.with a smile on his face
"Hey star"!
"oh hey janna"
"Oh no,is it still Marco"?
I nod " it hurts"
"I know it does Star,i get it you like him more than a friend,but you have to accept that he loves Jackie and she loves him -
"NOT MORE THAN ME"!! I shout in anger
I feel alot of eyes staring at me but i don't care
Janna is in shock by my sudden reaction
The bell rings for class
"Let's just walk to class" i say calmy
"Yea..let's"
I walk ahead before janna
Miss skullnick is writing on the board while explaining stupid equations
Im still seated near Marco..i have the sudden urge to look at him..i take a glance at his direction
He's looking behind him at Jackie smiling
And Jackie doing the same in a very flirty way.she blows a kiss at Marco and he pulls out his hand as to make it look like he catched it
I raise my hand
"Miss skullnick,i would like to be excused to go to the ladies room"
"Oh and why should i let you"? She stops writing
"As you know,you are speaking to Princess Star butterfly. Aka future queen of mewni" i make a bowing gesture
"Ugh..just go" she says
"Thank yoooou" i sang
Im about to walk out standing near the door but i take one last look at Marco
He gives her a big smile and Jackie giggles
I immediately walk out and run to the restroom and go the last long stall and shut it lock
I slam my back against the wall and slowly slide to the ground and my tears fall..i couldn't help it seeing them flirt like that..pains me..not the first time I've ran to the stalls.
Janna sits with me at lunch..seeing as Marco sits with his girlfriend now
School finished
Me and Marco walk to our rooms..once again more silence
I've spent probably half an hour in my room just laying in my bed ..when i hear a knock..and then a voice
"Star" ..Marcos voice
I completely ignore him
"I know you can hear me..please let me in"
Ok..im confused..all of the sudden he wants to talk to me
I open the door and see Marcos face,looking worried
"...Hey" he said calmy waving slightly
"Hi" i say
"Star i wanna know what's really wrong..please "
"Oh don't act like you don't know"
"What"?
"Marco..you wanna know what's been hurting me the past months"
"You've been hanging more with Jackie"!
"Star i-
"I had no idea that being taken means forget your best friend " i say in a angrily way but calm
....."man i can't believe I've forgotten...it's just that
Getting to finally date Jackie..has me forget people around me"
"..yea, even forget about me."
"Star..
"No just forget it..stay with her and keep rubbing your relationship in my face" and act like im not around you" tears fall down my face
I walk out my room but a hand grabs my wrist
Marco makes me face him ,he intertwiness his fingers and mine.he puts his other hand on my cheek
"Star.you are very important to me ok..don't ever forget that" "i may be dating Jackie lynn thomas but just know..you are in my mind twenty four seven"
I stare at him in silent,he slowly starts caressing my cheek. He gazes into my wide eyes ..wow he is so beautiful
"Hey" he says firmly after about 10 seconds of silence of just staring at eachother
"Yea"? I say
"There's something else that is wrong ,..are you jealous of me and Jackie"?
"What! No of course not,why would i"?
"Star.
"Oh is that the laser puppies i hear"? Let me just go check"!
He again grabs my hands to have me face him
"Star ..be honest with me" "are you? "
I just stare kinda flusterd
