Can we submit OC art to the Feature folder?

Hello all!!! nice to meet you!!!

just wondering if i could join though my drawings are not that good and i have done only 2 naruto pics. could you look at them to see if they are good enough?

When I go to submit art, it only let's me submit to featured; I can't submit to any other folders.

I think that's because we're not a super group, just submit to featured for now until I figure it out k?
