Once upon a time, in the quiet town of Pallet, Delia Ketchum, Ash's mother, decided to do something special for Pikachu. She had a vision of Pikachu in a beautiful white satin dress, and she was determined to make it a reality. Delia spent hours in her sewing room, surrounded by bolts of fabric, spools of thread, and her trusty sewing machine.
