A commission for RECBDRAKEplz
For a full name I thought that Reiko Anippe would be good as Anippe means "Daughter of the Nile."
Here she is in her final full outfit 
For the full outfit design I wanted to go for a Yakuza style with a bit of Egyptian flair as the character is a mix of Japanese and Egyptian.
