Nazi Germany - Allgemeine-SS by Luke27262 on DeviantArt (original) (raw)

It does look accurate from a historian point of view, but a few things I will say.

The pockets need to be further round the person, like the buttons to be closer to the actual hip it's self and smaller, as I wore the tunic my self and the pockets are slightly on the side of the tunic.

In the image displayed in the link you provided, a cufftitle is added and EVERY SS member, no matter division of the SS, had a cuff title.

The 1 on the SS Tab, just needs to be the one, the SS never had the number of the SS infantry/guard divison with the SS, the SS Symbol was displayed on the helmet on the opposite side to the swastika. (SS Symbol on the right and the Swastika on the right.)

The Silver braid, was for Junior Officers+ (Unterstrumfuhrer/Second Lieutenant+) and what you have depicted is of a SS Shutze/Obershutze.

The Collar of the tunic could do with being expanded to cover the Sash it's self

The Arches of the stitchings on the boots could do with being raised up a bit

Most people were corret, the tunic could be expanded a little further down from the pocket, as the link you provided, displayed the bottom of the pocket on the tunic, is further up from the bottom of the tunic than the one you currently have displayed.

Looking at the Eagle and the swastika on the cap, Major-Vienna is correct, it looks more like the Heer, if you wish to see an example of the SS Eagle, please take a look at TheRanger1302 and Grand-Lobster-King/GLK for inspiration.

I'm not going to lie, it maybe alot of points to take in, but things like this do usually take time to perfect and work upon. but apart from that, I do like the fact that you tried your best to make it accurate.
