its kerra! i really wanted to try something really ‘kawaii‘ and cutesy, since i love the style myself! kerra is a magical girl and she has magic tears! im not sure what they do, but im sure its sparkly and powerful! anyway... first time trying this style along with the proportions that go with it. hope i did alright. i was working on this for two days!
