...Or basically Maes Hughes's way of induction into the family xD Honestly, why not? I imagine he roped the Elric boys (and maybe Winry too?) into a similar family photo. He's just that kinda guy, hospitable and caring about others, especially the less fortunate (especially orphaned) kids.

Like with all the other pieces I've made for Puzzle, this is an illustration/concept art for their Work In Progress FMA fanfic. I always enjoy making their writings come to life, especially with such a creative take on the 2003 version of FMA. It's a sliiiiiight canon divergence, so I can't say it's a complete 180 lol But, their characters are so well rounded and thought out, and their writing style in general is just GORGEOUS!! ;A; I'm always happy to put something together for them ^u^
