Description

Requested by brianpokemon. Here's Chacha from the series "Akazukin Chacha" as a mermaid. I used the princess reference for this picture adorned with a pearl garland, pearl straps, pearl belt, pearl necklace, bracelets and an anklet. This was done with watercolor and watercolor brush pens.
