It's obviously based on her Redglare cosplay outfit. This race doesn't have any strict rules as for what to wear, so she chooses to wear this regularly??? idk

Also yes her middle name is Rad because Red is a color and sounded too lame. Glowans need middle names, so I couldn't just leave it out either.
