Comes in two versions.
The XPS version which comes with all the textures (normals and specs) and optional items for the desk.
Obj version just comes with the diffuses.

I did this. because I know the XPS version will not be nice to everyone. If that's not enough I plan on separating the rooms by download at a later date. Need to give my poor connection a rest on the uploads for the day. lol

Notes:
Some stuff extracted by raccooncitizen (objects and some of the architecture) And Berserker79 (the DA2 knifes) It really helped with the hair pulling looking for some of the stuff in the files.

Many of the textures had to be reduced because the original file size was huge. Some of them still remain in the obj version though.
