This handsome boy is a regular kitsu. Regular kitsu are found throughout Merithae and are adaptable to a vast array of climates. They don’t have an innate affinity to any magic element or discipline, and can make exceptional mages in any area they choose. Sometimes, magic affinities may be more likely from parent to puppy, but this isn’t a guarantee. This kitsu is likely most proficient in earth magic, based on his green under-eye markings.

As for his cloak, some kitsu do enjoy wearing accessories such as hats, cloaks, scarves, leg bands and some jewelry. They may wear them every day, for special events, or just when they feel like it. There is no expectation or discouragement to wear anything, as long as it is not somehow disruptive or offensive in some way.
