This is VERY good! You really manage to capture the essence of these people.
I think the shading is very nice! There are more dark~toned drawings, and lighter~toned ones. This seems to be a darker~toned one, and there is nothing wrong with that! I just love how you managed to blend it all in so well, making the different shades on the face graduate perfectly from one to the other. So really, don't worry about it being too dark!
I was thinking of drawing some members of The GazettE, AND Versailles... but I feel pathetically talentless somehow now, after seeing your fabulous artwork...
