I probably say this all the time when I make you drawings but I'm glad you're my friend!
I wasn't sure what to draw you this time, so I just drew your persona(?) and Quagsire since I know you love that Pokemon <:

This has actually been done for awhile, I've just been waiting for today to post it
I made this when I was experimenting with the paint tool on PAA; I challenged myself to do it with a human subject...so no outline pen, which is, kinda difficult on that program.
But yeah, I hope you like this Rilee, and to those who aren't Rilee you should go check her art out!!
