It's Vault boy! Dressed as a Scout... Fallout 3 and Team Fortress 2 crossover of sorts?...
I just think the scout and Vault boy have similar haircuts... Don't judge me.
Also, I've noticed. I only ever use DA when I have other work I should be doing. Go figure?
