Mufasa and Sarabi got their twins very late, which is why they were on the older side during the movie. Amani was transferred during Scar's reign (because they were afraid she'd be killed since she was also a heir) and integrated into another pride, possibly Malka's. Her fate is a bit open as of now but I'll think about it later
