Aquaphobia is a tall, lanky phobia, one of Death's elite reapers. Like all phobias, Aquaphobia specialised. Specifically, ve deals with water-related deaths like drowning and dehydration.

Aquaphobia is known to be emotional, empathetic and easily startled. Ver voice makes it sound like they're constantly underwater, muffled, distant and a little distorted, but always perfectly audible... somehow.
