NEGATIVES-
The mouth is too high and too small for the head. Also the circle tool on the head. Not good. Draw your own head and make it look realer. The eyes are too big and there's also no nose. I reckon the ears are pretty cute but you might have wanted to do shading on both of them. The body is quite awkward and a bit small. The legs look like beans. Work on anatomy!
The tail looks okay but it should be thinner at the start.

POSITIVES-
Cute colours, cute vibe. I love pixel stuff. The shading is okay but you should work on that too! I suggest working on anatomy and stuff but apart from that its OK.
