Very interesting work here.
First off, I'm taken by the classic 'Petty Girl' pose and some of the Petty elements - the swirling telephone cord, the minimalist indication of the phone receiver, her flower, and her high heels. Those are all very well done, as is the coloring job, which adeptly mimics Petty's "glow-from-within" airbrush style - her legs are especially well done.
Added visual "pop" is added by her full sleeve tattoo, and the fact that her face is not that of the classic snub-nosed Petty Girl is also a point of interest.
The only element that puzzles me about the image is its angularity - her shoulder, the shelf of her ribcage, the curve of her abdomen, the indent of her elbow, and a few other places are "pointy" instead of curvy, which I feel makes the image a little jarring, especially where they compete with the gentle curve of her legs, the phone cord, and even the platforms of her Mary Janes. It's an interesting choice.
Overall, nicely done!
