Nikon D750 Tamron SP AF 90mm f2.8 DI Macro Kenko extension tube: 20mm I used the pop-up flash of the camera to light the scene and I used a piece of white foam as a diffuser to soften the light.

Increased overall saturation and contrast just slightly, adjusted white balance.
