As the heroes waited to see the result of Psion's work on Poison Oak's mind, time seemed to just creep by. Then suddenly, he cried out and screamed as if from a nightmare! Weird energies surrounded him, and obscured their view of him. But his face and body seemed to flow and shift...

And as the seated figured woke up, he tentatively lifted his hand to his head and opened his eyes. The heroes were in SHOCK. Almost together, they exclaimed..."HUMMINGBIRD!?!?!?!"

Yes, indeed, dear reader. Poison Oak wasn't really Poison Ivy's brother; he just thought he was. Instead, the last time we saw Hummingbird, he had been trapped in Poison Ivy's plant pod and been turned into a bird/plant hybrid. Apparently, he hadn't transformed into just a mindless minion...but into Poison Oak!
