Tango the Cubone, one half of Team Starfall for His theme song: [link] (yes I know he's called Tango, it's a better name than Flamenco imo!)

Critiques greatly welcomed! This is the first digital painting I've done that I actually like, and I know it's not perfect, so please give me some advice! I might drop the sketchy style and go for a more refined look, I'd like advice on that too.
