Description

So here is yet another Undertale drawing set in the Waterfalls because the colour scheme there is so lovely and the statue with the umbrella reminded me of something out of a Ghibli movie 
I'm sorry I don't know how to draw rain, or statues for that matter OTL
But I hope you like it!
