For most people, the highlight of a Thanksgiving supper is the turkey. For me and my carbivore nature, it’s definitely the stuffing. I love it so much that I would probably eat it everyday and never get bored of it. I was brought up on home made stuffing, I remember my mother had to make extra batches because we could not get enough of it. Also, I know you can get the boxed stuff at the store but it’s so easy to make that there isn't really an excuse for buying those anyway.

I know there are countless fancy recipes out there but I much prefer the traditional kind (or what I think is traditional?). Seriously, keep peppers and sausage away from my stuffing, that is just gross.
