So Jane uuuh.. found a funny lil revolver. No deaths of any NCR officials involved whatsoever!
She doesn't meet any of the requirements, but the game let her equip it anyways, so how hard can it be to land hits, right?
Unfortunately, she doesn't have a lot of this weird new ammo this thing needs, so she's gotta look out for some! :3
