Overall a fantastic job, but a few changes (in my opinion) would make it complete. I like that you have a highlight on the woman but shouldn't the colored lights in the background glow too? If you make the lights glow, then that would lead to making the gray background darker so the lights "pop". I'm not sure which one would work better, but you should either continue with the shading under her legs to go on the rest on the seat since she's sitting on it, or take the shadow away to give it that pop-art look. I would also make the black border stay on top of every part of the piece. It gets broken by tiny bits on the side and top.

The composition is amazing! I love the idea of using a texture to complete the look of the seat. Very "fashion designer" of you. Her outfit looks sexy and classy, and I'm totally diggin' the way you made her hair one smooth shape rather than trying to make it too detailed. the scene itself is strong especially when I don't get to see many background pieces from you. The drink and the plant are a nice touch. It really gives me that club feel. To go with the idea of the seat, maybe adding a plant texture to the leaves would take it to "the next level".

All around solid and impressive piece. With perhaps some of those changes made, you could sell that at a gallery if you have it in a frame.
