So... This almost killed me I always liked drawing hair, but recently I've found out I'm really bad at it... Anyway, I liked shading her face and I even think I did a good job (but I guess it's for others to decide)

I drew Amanda for one of my friends (I hope you'll be soon able to find his works here on dA, he draws, too)
For those who didn't realise, it's the actress who played Samantha Carter in StarGate series

Tools: graphite pencils (mostly 3-8B scale, kneaded eraser, white charcoal, tissues, cotton buds etc...
Time: Started 10 days ago, but I think it didn't take more than 40 hours (as I wrote above, the hair was really killing me )
