As promised, the tribute to the 1 of 2 best 90s comics cartoon--featuring Batman's Rogue's Gallery in their Animated Series look, but in my style. I drew each character individually with Copic and Prismacolor markers on Bristol then scanned and combined digitally. It was a lot of fun. I didn't realize until it was all over that I got a few things wrong--like the colors on Mad Hatter. I honestly remembered him being purple! Overall, I like how it came out, I just don't love my Harley Quinn and probably should have added the Ventriloquist.
