Description

I Love stark Landscapes. This started out as a canyon but ended up as a giant crater on another planet. I admire people who restrict themselves in pallet for surely i didn't here when i paint i drift toward the riotous color approach. There were a few iterations of the shape of the crater and sides of the walls but the forms were competing with each-other too much. i had some help from a friend at work to see that and that led me to find a more synergistic relationship between the landscape forms. thanks Tyler! PS. i tried to add some mad made elements to the piece but in the end opted not to. id be interested in other peoples thoughts on this
