This is only My headcanon if Ellie is at Valiant Hero Ending.
Charles saves Henry and Ellie's Lives and sacrifice himself for Them, and Charles was their first best friends, He was very meaning a lot to their life. They lost their Friend like They're losing one of Their family. But then Henry and Ellie still continue their job as Covert Ops agents, but Henry replace Charles as a Pilot of Government. Henry still feel in guilt and have a nightmares every night, and Ellie tried her best to Support him, even She is also miss him so Much. Year passed by, Henry and Ellie get married and finally moves on and accepted of Charles' death long years ago. And then, Ellie's get pregnant and give birth a Baby boy, and They named The Baby "Charles" after Charles's name. They're feeling like Charles reborn back for Them.
