What a heartbreaking depiction... I would love to know more about this, if you'd be up for sharing. Without even any context, though, it seems like bittersweet defeat after a long, tiring search. There's so much loneliness and wistfulness you've captured here in the pose and expression, and a whole lot of nostalgia. Wonderfully executed!
