Yeah, I know I'm late to the game, like 4 years too late. I just couldn't help but attempt to draw this little cutie right now.

It's Elspeth! Or as I like to call her, Ellie.

I haven't exactly heard about this French/Italian cartoon, Gawayn until I somehow started seeing fan art of this particular character not too long ago. Then I suddenly saw this show being shown on Starz as I was flipping channels and decided to check it out for the hell of it. It's alright; can't say it's absolutely hilarious but it does provide jokes that are worth a few giggles. Xiao Long is actually my favorite so far, he obviously reminds me of Omi from Xiaolin Showdown.

I've noticed Elspeth has the same head shape as Gretchen (from Camp Lakebottom) and about the same body structure as Jimmy Two-Shoes, so that's what pretty much caught my attention. It's no surprise that Gawayn is already cancelled, and according to Wikipedia, it actually premiered in 2009 and ended in 2011, just like Jimmy Two-Shoes. It's quite a coincidence, indeed.

I already have some crossover ideas for her, like perhaps as a character in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, or as a hunter in Bloodborne performing a visceral attack (very graphic). I may also draw her as a LARPer in Sunset Overdrive.

Well enjoy the wallpaper, whoever's left in the Gawayn fanbase, and everyone else.
