Description

You did great, that Happiny sprite of yours looks well made, that's amazing. It's also sad that Gen 4 was the last time that give older Pokemon both regular evolutions and pre-evolutions, Game Freak should've continue making both regular evolutions and pre-evolutions, for older Pokemon rather than abandoned it for no reason.
